The Adult Assisted Living Manager manages, develops, arranges, applies, and guides the daily functions of our Assisted Living area in Willis, TX, as well as effective procedures of the neighborhood based on all federal, state, neighborhood, and licensing guidelines, and all company policies and oversees medical treatments. This function likewise ensures the finest quality of care for residents, while keeping the community’s economic stability, and producing a unified workplace for all associates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility
• Supervise and train staff members to provide quality care services
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with state regulations
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Coordinate resident activities, including social events and outings
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet residents’ medical needs
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation
